What this site does not do
The site does not set its own cookies, embed third-party analytics, run advertising trackers, or provide a web form. It does not collect incident, subject, responder, volunteer, evidence, credential, or payment data.
Ordinary hosting records
The hosting provider may process standard technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested path, and time of access for delivery, reliability, and security. Those practices depend on the final hosting environment.
If you choose to contact Thrim by email, the information you send is processed to answer your request. Do not send active incident information, criminal-justice information, evidence, credentials, medical details, exact sensitive locations, or other restricted data through the early-access email link.

This website describes a product in active development. It is not an operational portal and does not accept search reports, emergency requests, or incident data.
